Bookings can be made easily online through our Book Now page. Choose your game, your time slot, and you’re set! While not necessary, we do recommend booking in advance—especially during weekends and busy tourist seasons in the Columbia Valley.

Games can start without you if you do not arrive in-time, and no refund will be given.

Each room can accommodate between 2 to 7 players, depending on the game. If you’re planning a larger group event, contact us directly—we can help coordinate multi-room bookings or private sessions.

No, all of our escape room experiences are completely private bookings. Once your group selects a time slot, that session becomes unavailable to others. You’ll have the entire room to yourselves, which makes it perfect for families, date nights, team-building, or small friend groups. No strangers—just your crew, your mission, and the clock ticking.

We ask that your group arrives at least 15 minutes before your scheduled booking time. This ensures we have enough time to give a safety briefing, go over the rules, and get you checked in.

We operate on a very tight schedule, especially during weekends and peak tourist seasons in the Columbia Valley. If you arrive late, you may lose valuable time in the room, and we may have to shorten your game to stay on schedule. Please note that no refunds are given for late arrivals or missed games.

We kindly ask that you do not take any photos or videos inside the escape rooms. To protect the integrity of our puzzles and preserve the mystery for future players, we ask all guests to store phones, cameras, and other personal items in the secure lockers provided before the game begins.

Don’t worry—we’re happy to snap a team photo for you afterward! Just ask your game master.

What happens if we don’t escape?

Our game master will come and let you know your game has ended. 

Do you have parking?

Yes, we are located in Radium Plaza and there are spots all around the building. There is also street parking available on Main Street.

If the 60-minute timer runs out and you haven’t completed your mission, our game master will enter the room to end the game. They’ll walk you through any remaining puzzles and answer any questions you may have.

Even if you don’t escape, you’ll still have a blast working together, solving clues, and making memories—it’s all part of the fun!

Nope—you’re never truly locked in. While the goal of an escape room is to “escape,” your safety is our top priority. The entry door is always accessible, and you are welcome to leave the room at any time if you need a break or feel uncomfortable.

Yes, we offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 6 hours in advance of your scheduled game time. Cancellations within 6 hours will be charged 50% of the total booking cost. Cancellations under 2 hours, or no-shows, will be charged the full amount.
